I will stop the EC from doing the registration – Dormaahene
Dormaahene Dr.Osagyefo Oseadeɛyɔ Agyeman Badu II Chief of Dormaa Traditional Area has vowed to stop the Electoral Commission from compiling the New Voter’s register in his area if they fail to meet the National House of Chiefs.
According to the Chief who endorsed the candidature of former president John Dramani Mahama in the lead up to the 2016 election, the National House of Chiefs is a relevant stakeholder in the country and the Electoral Commission must afford them the due respect before taking such a major decision.
He made these remarks when Johnson Asiedu Nketiah,the General Secretary of the Opposition National Democratic Congress visited him in his Palace
