IGP Mourns with Family of the Late Sergeant Jonathan Atterh Ayertey

The Acting Inspector-General of Police (Ag.IGP) Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, together with some members of the Police Management Board joined the family of the late No. 42193 General Sergeant Jonathan Atterh Ayertey to give the deceased Police Officer a befitting burial at 37 DVLA Mobile Force Police barracks.

The Late Sergeant was stationed at the National Police Headquarters Confidential Registry where he was serving until his untimely death on 13th June, 2021, after a short illness. The deceased left behind four children and a wife who is also a Police officer.

Also present at the funeral were, Director-General Human Resources; Commissioner of Police (COP) Mr. Fred Adu Anim, Director Service Workshop; COP Mr. Francis Ebenezer Doku, and the Medical Director, Police Hospital DCOP Dr. Christian Boamah.
