Integrity Test : Worker Overpaid As A Test For His Promotion.

Occasionally, verbal and written interviews are normally used as a medium to test the cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills of every employee within a given institution. This is usually done to test the commitment, dedication and other levels of the worker.

An employee has shared a very crucial experience of his as a worker of a yet to be identified company. This happened last month and according to him, he was deliberately overpaid to test his honesty level by the management of the company. As loyal as he is, he reported the incidence to the Human Resource department, only to be told that that was his test as an employee for his promotion.

He shared this on his Facebook page:
