NDC MPs Land Themselves In A Court Case After Flouting The Public Order Act

Some members of the Minority in Parliament have been sued for breaching the Public Order Act for unlawful assembly.

This follows the NDC MPs breaching a security barricade to present a petition at the Electoral Commission headquarters on Tuesday morning.

The MPs whose names were mentioned include the minority leader, Hon. Haruna Idrrisu, Hon. Muntaka Mubarak and some of the leadership of the minority side of parliament.
