Quickloan Man Sues Girl Who Took Gh¢200 As T&T And Never Showed Up…

Some few days ago, Ghanashowbiz.com published an article about the insight into the legal system of Nigeria that clearly offers guys the opportunity to take legal actions against women who squander their money without showing up after agreeing to honour their visits.

Social media posited like a bush fire in a harmattan season when this article was posted there. Apparently, lots of guys have been suffering in silence when it comes to this particular issue.

A guy has shared his painful experience whereby he took MTN Quickloan facility of Gh¢200.00 to send to a girl who agreed to travel from Accra to visit him in Kumasi. The girl allegedly stopped picking his calls as soon she got the mobile money alert. After he used his room mate’s number to call her, she hanged up when she recognized the guy’s voice.

Many comments that came through suggested that he should be bold and take legal actions against this girl on the basis of fraud via false pretense.
