S Squad for Osu Oxford Street
Osu Oxford Street will be busy this evening as GH musicians whose names begin with ‘S’ namely Samini, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sherifa GunuScrew Face and Skinny treat patrons to spectacular performances at the S Concert organised by Starr FM and Graphic Showbiz.
The free concert, which starts at 6pm, will also have some of the country’s best DJs on the turntables such as DJ Nii Ayi, DJ Vyrusky, DJ Perfect, DJ Mono and DJ French Kiss.
The show promises to be one of the biggest events to pop up on the entertainment terrain and talented and energetic dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, has promised a huge surprise on the night as he mounts the ‘S’ Concert stage to perform.
In an interview with Starr News, The Dancehall King said, “Saturday is really going to be a real surprise show. I don’t wanna really put my fans on high tension levels. I just want everybody to come and witness what they’ve never seen before. I’m always full of surprises. It’s all part of entertainment, you know?”
He hinted at a surprise performance between himself and fellow dancehall artiste, Samini, as well as collaborations with other artistes on the bill.
Starr FM’s Brand and Events Manager, Jeff Sowa, also promised the expected audience special duet performances between some Starr FM presenters and performers on the night.
“On that day our presenters will get on stage to perform; with Funny Face performing with Screw Face, Naa Ashorkor will be doing her thing with Stonebwoy, Bola Ray will also get on stage with Samini,”Sowa said.
“Our Starr Morning voice Kafui Dey will get to thrill the audience with Shatta Wale and our news host, Bernard Nassara, will mount the stage with Sherifa Gunu,” he added.
