Speaker takes precaution by wearing mask to Parliament
Rt. Hon. Prof. Aaron Mike Ocquaye has been sighted in a face mask in his seat to deliver duties in the August House.
In the course of the discharge of his duties, he ordered Members of Parliament of all political divides to make sure they wear face masks in subsequent sittings to clamp down on the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, the number of Coronavirus cases recorded in Ghana have risen to 16 within the last 9 days with 8 reported recoveries.
The authorities are on the necks of the populace to observe the basic hand washing practices to fight against the canker.
