The Impact Of Computers On Ghanaian Basic School Learners
as we all know, it is an age of computers and technology, but, unfortunately, there are no computers in many ICT labs across the length and breadth of the country.
The current education system in the world has been structured such that the child has to learn in a competitive environment. The system has been positioned in such a way that the child learns exactly about the new technological advancements around them. From the foregoing, it is, therefore, necessary to have the requisite ICT tools such as modern computers, modems, and other stuff for practical studies. The sad news is that some schools with all the enormous successes chalked have no computers to boast of.
With the absence of computer facilities, most students lag behind. Hence the need for computers to be evenly distributed to all Basic Schools.
Ideally, a timely anticipated assistance from the leaders within the education system will be much appreciated.
