Former president and the presidential candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC),John Dramani Mahama has promised to provide a Free Technical and Vocational Education when he becomes the president.

Speaking at an event he said it is Technical and Vocational skills that can be bring development to the country and not senior high school.

The party is set to launch its manifesto on Saturday
