Wendy Shay’s recent claim of being the Queen of Ghana’s Music Industry is really gaining grounds gradually.

Readers can recall that Beyonce, Jay Z and their daughter – Ivy were in Ghana to commemorate the Year of Return sometime back.

Wendy Shay sent a message through Beyonce’s social media handles to alert Beyonce then to contact her before she left since Wendy claimed (and still claims) to be the Queen of Ghana’s music industry.

She received a lot of backlash as a result of this comment bust she’s unperturbed.

She has reaffirmed this same claim in 2020 again ! See the screenshot of the post below;

But, frankly, many social media users feel that we should leave Wendy Shay alone because no other female artiste has claimed ownership to this throne as a Queen of Ghana’s music industry. So, for now, she deserves it since there has been no other challenger.
