Western Region COVID-19 cases jump to 15

The world is currently battling the Coronavirus canker that has crippled world economies and brought every socio-economic activity to a halt.

Ghana as a country has not been spared from this menace. With the country recording over 2,000 cases.

The Coronavirus case in the Western Region has jumped to 15 with six more positive cases recorded.

For the past week, the data reported by the Minister for Information, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah explained that the recorded cases of positive COVID-19 patients were 9.

As of now May 4, 2020, the cases have surged to 15 with six more cases added to it.

The tested positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Ellembele District, Tarkwa -Nsuam, Mpohor, Ahanta West, and Effia Kwesimintsim.
