Rumourmongers have peddled this particular hearsay that Bice Osei Kufour aka Obour lost his rasta and went in for a down cut because of a promised ministerial appointment at the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Arts. But, does he really deserve this position ahead of some key industry players?
