BREAKING: Top American Scientist confident new coronavirus drug (Remdesivir) would stop the virus

A top US scientist and an adviser on coronavirus, Dr. Fauci speaks has optimistically stated that a new drug that is currently being tried on over 1000 people in the US could block the virus according to a news report filed by NBC News in the United States.
“What it has proven is that a drug can block this virus … This drug happens to be blocking an enzyme that the virus uses.” Dr. Fauci said.
New data from a preliminary trial suggests that the drug remdesivir has a positive effect on coronavirus recovery.
