LIL WAYNE’S MUSIC USHERED ME INTO GHANA’S MUSIC INDUSTRY – KOJO NKANSAH LIL WIN.
It is often said that as humans we all need someone to look up to in our lives one way or the other. Role models are like our guardian angels when it comes to influencing us towards a worthy course.
Many affluent people can boast of their achievements today because of those they looked up some time ago.
Kojo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has always been in the news for one reason or other. In the past, he became the talk of town when he reportedly discarded his lawfully wedded wife for other women and also, when he was accused of allegedly using vodoo to promote his brand.
Well, he is in the news again but this time around from a positive point of view. During an interview in one of the popular showbiz chats in Ghana, he admitted that American hip-hop sensation, Lil Wayne’s “Champagne” track with Bird man was what influenced him to consider entering into Ghana’s Music Industry.
Indeed, Lil Win can boast of a lot of hit tracks to his credit such as “Ladder”, Anointing (with Kuami Eugene), Boys Abr3 (with Guru of Nkz), etc. When it comes to quality featuring with big stars, Lil Win also becomes one of the most sought after music gurus in Ghana.
