Ugandan singer Bebe cool alleged of being the mastermind behind Singers Omah lay and Tems Arrest

Top Ugandan singer, Bebe Cool has been alleged of being the mastermind behind the arrest of Nigerian singers Omah Lay and Tems and the event organizers.

This allegation is leveled against him after he said in a post that he would make ‘every effort to fail their event.’

In a facebook post, prior to the concert, Bebe cool called out the event organisers to cancel the show with foreigners since Ugandan artistes had been banned from performing in the country for months due to the Covid-19 pandemic

According to him, other sectors have been compensated yet the government has refused to give any help to the music industry.

He also stated that his fellow artists were struggling financially, and then urged the organisers to either contact Ugandan artistes only for the event or stop the concert.

He however threatened to apply every effort to make the event fail.
