Road Accidents : Any Remedies?

In today’s episode, I’ll be talking about road accidents.
There are numerous causes of road accidents that claim lives of thousands every single year in the country. The few that survive such accidents become handicapped for the rest of their lives.
But, I know that some of these accidents are caused by the negligence of some drivers such as over speeding, speedy overtaking, drunk driving and so on.
How do we check this? And this is the Core Point right here…after an accident, a thorough investigation should be launched to check the innocence or otherwise of the driver to determine whether the law should deal with them (imprisonment), caution them or revoke their licenses.
